May 22, 2011 journal, America has taken the wrong approach to health care and must abolish all the above. Health care like marriage is the duty of the Church but we do not practice health and wellness, we practice death and debt. In the days before mortgages the country had house raisings, barn raisings, corn shuckings and free treatment for sick. We have now fallen from grace or you might say we have lost our faith in God Almighty and we go to church and worship for the sake of political, social and religious hypocrisy. Death panels are already concluded, the most progressive one is pneumonia for elderly. Their secret is for freezing the patients with air-conditioning while laying with no clothes. The medicalprofession is a fraud on the people with dire circumstances killing off elderly. The screwball IMF x is out on one million-dollar bail but those tenants in the apartment building his wife rented objected to a sex offender living there. This scenario could not have been written so perfectly without it happening first. May all the financial world face their fate by the hands of their own controlled law-enforcement. Hollywood will be eager to sign a multimillion dollar contract with this Domenaked to make a blockbuster movie. I hope judge thought to ask him if he had dual citizenship, if so he could leave the USA, maybe that would be a good way to get rid of him because he is extremely undesirable. AM radio of California has declared judgment Day May 21st at 6:00 p.m. Central. Such predictions never come true although we can expect the end any time we should not set dates. This 89 year-old preacher may of been 100 percent serious but it hurts the cause. The following comments I agree with 100% but I am not liberal left wing professional or otherwise, this is the kettle calling the pot black in the nuthouse where evil is proliferated. These statements are just too good to ignore and they do express my opinion perfectly. Not all liberals are left. I am neither left or right. I consider the extreme right as being left. "When Robert Gibbs castigated the "professional left" - and when Rahm Emanuel used a far more offensive term to describe liberal administration critics - I proudly identified our little band of renegades at Truthout as among their targets. We have not "moved on" from demanding justice against war criminals and banksters, and for whistleblowers and the dispossessed. We continue to assert that the "war on terror" is forever lost if our civil liberties as US citizens and residents remain collateral damage. We maintain an obviously retrograde belief that "democracy" means that a government formulates policy sensitive to the opinion of its populace, not a system of opaque elections, rigged by monied interests in advance and susceptible to tampering during and after the fact. Truly left behind by the mainstream culture, we believe that society - pronounced defunct by Margaret Thatcher in 1987 - is human beings' essential medium, and that its character is the major determinant of our individual and collective well-being. Throw-backs to another era, we believe that the character of a society depends on how it treats its most vulnerable members: children, elders, the poor, minorities, the "stranger." Like pioneers, we want to raise one another's barns, our consciousness, our voices to shelter and protect those who can't buy politicians to do so. We still accept many "quaint" notions as true and valid: that torture is absolutely wrong under all circumstances, and that being rich and/or powerful should not provide immunity from justice or criticism. We still hold strongly that we must arrest climate change; switch energy, transportation, and food production technologies; create jobs for those who want to work, provide healthcare for all; stop the toxic chemical and radiation poisoning of our air, soils, water and bodies; educate our-selves to be citizens, not consumers; beat our tanks and aircraft carriers and planes and drones and Humvees into ploughshares; pursue justice; restore the commons; delight in the works of our artists and artisans, our intellectuals and our neighbors; live in dignity and peace. We have not moved on from those antique ideals at Truthout: each day we try to simultaneously destroy the simulacrum of reality our in-denial media and organs of power work so hard to maintain for us and suggest how, concretely, another world is possible. Every day I review submissions from fellow citizens, fellow renegades - some are professional writers, but most are other citizens who share our values and our dreams. And it is humbling and exhilarating to spend every day in such company." People are going back to pure gasoline, some say they're getting much better gas mileage. Noam Chomsky, Truthout: "The May 1 U.S. attack on Osama bin Laden's compound violated multiple elementary norms of international law, beginning with the invasion of Pakistani territory. There appears to have been no attempt to apprehend the unarmed victim, as presumably could have been done by the 79 commandos facing almost no opposition. President Obama announced that 'justice has been done.' Many did not agree - even close allies. British barrister Geoffrey Robertson, who generally supported the operation, nevertheless described Obama's claim as an 'absurdity' that should have been obvious to a former professor of constitutional law." Chris Hedges, Truthdig: "The Earth has already begun to react to our hubris. Freak weather unleashed deadly tornados in Joplin, Mo., and Tuscaloosa, Ala. It has triggered wildfires that have engulfed large tracts in California, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. It has brought severe droughts to the Southwest, parts of China and the Amazon. It has caused massive flooding along the Mississippi as well as in Australia, New Zealand, China and Pakistan. It is killing off the fish stocks in the oceans and obliterating the polar ice caps. Steadily rising sea levels will eventually submerge coastal cities, islands and some countries. These disturbing weather patterns presage a world where it will be harder and harder to sustain human life. Massive human migrations, which have already begun, will create chaos and violence. India is building a 4,000-kilometer fence along its border with Bangladesh to, in part, hold back the refugees who will flee if Bangladesh is submerged." (For information only)
